I recently finished Amazon’s assessments, beginning with the two technical questions. While the first was quite simple, the second was trickier and needed more in-depth thinking . The work simulation that followed provided me with a realistic idea of what a regular day at Amazon may entail. I made sure to answer the Work Style Assessment, which examined your approach to work, by keeping in mind Amazon's 16 Leadership Principles.
After applying for the role, I was initially invited for a phone call where they asked general questions, including my motivation for applying. Following that, I had three additional interviews, each with different people, focusing on behavioral questions, but all were quite similar in nature.

I shared an example of a university project where we worked as a team. We divided the workload among ourselves and appointed one member as the leader to connect all the elements. This approach helped us work efficiently and successfully achieve our goal.
