B. sensors_location_hw_assignment.numbers.csv
3. The cells_scans file includes cellular scanning results carried out by different sensors over several months and include the following columns:
A. date_time - UTC date time
B. sensor_id - a string represents the unique id of the reporting sensor C. plmn - an integer denotes the code of the cellular operator
