- Working on different projects in wide range of business areas without dismissal and long hiring process. That helps to get experience much faster, than working for the same company for this period of time.
- There is a number of strong professionals from whom you can learn. Also great courses and master-classes.
- Possibility to become a mentor and teach others.
- Friendly and relaxing vibes in the office.
- A lot of technologies to work with: IOT, Blockchain, Cloud Computing, VR, DevOps, Microservices, Serverless, UI/UX, AI, etc...

- Salaries are not as competitive with high paying start-up companies when the industry is in a good shape, but that's understandable given that it is just not that kind of a company
- While there is personal management, it's not a classic and a rigorous one. Sometimes you need to speak up if you need something
- Not a great match when you want to work indefinitely in a specific place, on a certain product and with the same people

לפעמים אפשר ליפול על פרויקט טוב,רוב הפרויקטים לא משהו.

לדעתי ברוב התחומים הרמה הנמוכה(וזאת מכיוון שהחברה הצליחה לאבד את כל כוח האדם האיכותי)
שכר נמוך,אין רווחה,רוב הפרויקטים על הפנים.

I work at CodeValue for two years now, on the UX team and couldn’t be happier. I work with Marketing, Sales, Delivery, Dev-Ops, R&D, and Administration on both in house and client projects. My co-workers are talented kind people, industry leaders in their respective fields, so we get the best clients, keeping us ahead of the curve. I go to professional conferences, add skills at in house courses, and hear from my college’s projects at weekly and monthly meetings. work hours are tailored to individual needs, work events are actually fun and good work is celebrated and acknowledged. It’s a great place to work.

דוחפים את העובדים להרצות בכנסים.
מי שאוהב טכנולוגיה יוכל להשתלב בקלות מכיוון שכל הזמן דוגאים להשאר מעודכנים בטכנולוגיות חדשות.
יש פורום פנים-חברתי שמתפתחים בו דיונים ושאלות טכנולוגיות.
מכיוון שיש בחברה מומחים בתחומים שונים, תמיד תמצא מי שיעזור לך.

חברת פרויקטים- יכולה להיות תחלופה בפרויקטים ולפעמים עובדים אצל לקוחות, זה לא מתאים לכל אחד.
יש בעית חנייה בשני הסניפים.

עבודה יכולה להיות מלחיצה כי אתה נדרש להוכיח את הידע / יכולת שלך מול אנשים חדשים כל פעם מחדש

גיוון בפרויקטים, כל פעם מיקום שונה (לאנשים מסוימים יכול להוות גם חיסרון)

חסרונות:
|
חברת קבלן, כלומר עובדים אצל לקוחות מזדמנים ולרוב יש נתק מוחלט מהחברה, כך שלא באמת מרגישים שייכות לחברה, אין "גאוות יחידה" ולרוב לא מכירים את עובדי החברה.
תנאים סוציאלים לא שונים ממפעל שלא אופיינים להייטק יחד עם שכר בינוני.
בעת הודעת פיטורין יש פגישה עם ההנהלה שמרגישה כמו שיחת נזיפה על זה שבחרת לעזוב את החברה.
מומלץ להיזהר מהנהלת החברה ולקרוא טוב את החוזה המחייב תקופת הודעה מוקדמת גבוהה מהחוק (מחיפוש באינטרנט עולה כי זה לא קביל).

חסרונות:
|
חברת קבלן שמשבצת עובדים לחברות בהתאם לפרויקטים ('גולגלות'), לכן היחס לרוב מחפיר מצד הלקוחות שמשלמים פר שעה.
רוב הלמידה מתבצעת לבד כאשר ההכשרות שהחברה מעבירה ברמה נמוכה ולא ממצות מה שגורם לעובדים "להתגלח" על הלקוחות.
מרגיש שחסר ידע ולכן מקבלים חשבון חינם ללמידה בpluralsight.
למידה לפרויקטים חדשים על חשבון הזמן הפנוי.
אין אופק ניהולי ומאוד קשה להתקדם.
שכר מאוד נמוך מהמקובל, תנאים סוציאליים בסיסיים.
כל מי ששווה משהו מבחינה מקצועית עוזב את החברה.
מרגיש שהחברה לא יודעת לשמר עובדים.
